Hawk lithium battery packs are available in 24V, 48V, 72V, 96V, etc. The applications of 24V and 48V are widely used. The selectable capacities are 10AH, 20AH, 30AH, 40AH, 50AH, 60AH, 80AH, 100AH, 120AH, 160AH, 180AH, 200AH, 300AH. The size of lithium batteries is relatively flexible and can be customized according to the ***ce of the AGV car battery co***rtment. The energy density is relatively high co***red to lead-acid batteries, and under the same volume, it can store more electricity and have a longer range. At the same time, it supports fast charging. Standard Hawk lithium batteries can achieve 2C charging, while customized ones can achieve 5C charging. The standard discharge is 0.5C and supports 2C discharge. &©|160;
Due to the fast charging function of the Hawk lithium battery, it is commonly used in scenarios with high automation requirements. There is no dedicated person on site to control the charging of the battery. The AGV system automatically collects electricity information and matches the charging time and current of the battery according to different states, maximizing the efficiency of AGV small vehicle work. Generally, it works in the form of shallow charging and shallow discharging. The battery level of the car remains basically unchanged every cycle of operation, allowing for long-term automatic operation and unmanned operation.
2. Selection of capacity for Hawk batteries
There are two indicators for battery capacity selection: load power (W) and continuous operating time (T).
Working current A=power W/nominal battery voltage
Required battery capacity=working current A * continuous operating time T
(Note: The voltage of lead-acid batteries is calculated based on the nominal voltage of 24V or 48V, the nominal voltage of lithium batteries is calculated based on 25.6 for 24V batteries, and 48V for lithium batteries.)
